This document covers the terms of service and privacy policy for all applications and tools developed and operated by Harley Manifold, including Focal, a personal social media management tool.

About Focal

Focal is a personal, self-hosted social media management tool built for private use by Harley Manifold. It is not a commercial product, is not available to the public, and is not distributed or licensed to third parties. Focal is used solely to manage and publish content to social media accounts owned and operated by Harley Manifold.

Scope of use

Focal accesses social media platform APIs strictly in accordance with each platform’s developer terms of service. Its functions are limited to:

— Publishing original content (text, images, and video) to accounts owned by Harley Manifold
— Reading basic account information required for authentication
— No data collection, scraping, or access to other users’ content

Data and privacy

Focal does not collect, store, or transmit personal data belonging to any third party. All API credentials and access tokens are stored locally on privately owned hardware and are never shared with or accessible by any third party.

No analytics, tracking, advertising, or data monetisation of any kind takes place within or through Focal.

This website (harleym.net) does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics beyond what may be included in standard web hosting infrastructure.

Third-party platforms

Focal integrates with the following platforms via their official developer APIs: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of each platform. Harley Manifold complies fully with all applicable developer policies.

Intellectual property

All content published through Focal — including artwork, photography, writing, and video — is the original work of Harley Manifold and remains the intellectual property of Harley Manifold unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of liability

This tool is provided as-is for personal use. Harley Manifold accepts no liability for any interruption to service, changes to third-party platform APIs, or any other circumstance beyond reasonable control.
